"I talked to Liz Cruz who completely lied to me about my premium price for auto insurance then informed me after my first payment that it would actually cost more because I didn’t want to put a Bluetooth tracking device on my car that was never mentioned when I purchased the plan. Luckily I still had my old plan in place so I’m just sticking with paying a little more with them. I would rather pay a little more and deal with people who are honest and professional. They refused to refund my first payment to my card and still haven’t sent me anything to sign to officially cancel the plan. Liz also lacks the ability to have a normal phone conversation and get things done in a timely manner. Each time I spoke to her she ended the conversation for seemingly no reason and told me she would call me back in an hour, then proceed to call me a day or two later. These people are not honest and I would go as far as to call them scammers. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. I want my refund."

"By far the best experience I've ever had with any consumer, customer service representative or any business whether utility company cell phone internet or insurance home and auto; being a long time customer of my previous insurance company which granted me privileges perks and benefits that were generated over the years I was granted with day one with State Farm and not only was I granted these which I say privileges and benefits meaning a national coverage for all 50 states with my one policy and support Network Tech team that goes above and beyond any competitor, I know this because I did my research and when it comes to services or a service department offering services as maybe my vocabulary suggests I know what's good and I know what's the best and what I was just granted I'm beyond pleased with I can't believe my rates compared to where I was for the years I was there and they just smoked it I mean almost $1,000 a year smoked it that's the only way you can describe that change that's suggesting I make $1,000 more a year you can't get that with any raise so this means a lot to me and to have this support from a team that surpasses anything I've ever experienced in the past with three of their top competitors and to me that says a lot my agent for this experience that kicked it all off was hands down like a blessing in disguise every concern every question was answered as if I got to choose the answer and in a perfect world what I would want it to be I'm beyond impressed and it takes a lot because of my experience with customer representatives customer service and support and Tech teams as I used to be one of them and launched a services program for a very big retailer years ago and I'll give them a quick shout out and that is to the service technicians out there of Geek Squad, I was a auto tech gee⁶k we had our computer geeks and home theater geeks all service technicians for all of our equipment that was professionally installed we launched in 2006 from Best Buy this was my fourth year with the company prior to this we were sent on different trainings and seminars with big retailers and consumers like Pioneer, Sony Rockford Fosgate Harmon Krdon Kenwood and many more we were trained and became sales technician animals making sure that every customer had the best experience and had the latest and greatest equipment if that's what they were there for and we would find us out with us some lifestyle questions but always a non-commission statement because we weren't there for commission we were there to make sure they had the best experience and our service tech teams were unstoppable to the competition I voiced this not to gain any recognition of anything of my past or what I'd have done but the knowledge and experience that I've had over the years so that you know by just my vocabulary where the State Farm rates in my book to something worldwide that I was once a part of that I can relate the two in comparison with the experience I just had absolutely phenomenal absolutely phenomenal I am extremely happy impressed and satisfied and I was so cautious of this change and something kept telling me to do it and I am ecstatic with what I just found out in the last 45 minutes interaction from start to finish an absolutely nailed it she nailed it in such an efficient and timely manner but so thorough MVP of the month and award goes to Brianna from State Farm LOL excellent job absolutely excellent thank you and thank you State Farm for everything included in your policy and the extras that are offered and available finally such a relief such an absolute relief 100% satisfied customer and no it's your turn believe every word I said cuz it is the truth and thank you for taking the time to read this and now it's time to go for a ride, God bless, drive safe & look twice."
