I talked to Liz Cruz who completely lied to me about my premium price for auto insurance then informed me after my first payment that it would actually cost more because I didn’t want to put a Bluetooth tracking device on my car that was never mentioned when I purchased the plan. Luckily I still had my old plan in place so I’m just sticking with paying a little more with them. I would rather pay a little more and deal with people who are honest and professional. They refused to refund my first payment to my card and still haven’t sent me anything to sign to officially cancel the plan. Liz also lacks the ability to have a normal phone conversation and get things done in a timely manner. Each time I spoke to her she ended the conversation for seemingly no reason and told me she would call me back in an hour, then proceed to call me a day or two later. These people are not honest and I would go as far as to call them scammers. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. I want my refund.

By far, the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing insurance. I hadn’t had any in a while, and figured it would be astronomically expensive and complicated. Was half the price I expected with better coverage. Jason was awesome in getting me bundles and now I’m very well insured.

Shelby was very helpful with walking me through the setup process on my device and helped answer any questions I had. Great experience!
